CREAMFIELDS - MUSIC FESTIVAL *

Hi, I purchased a ticket a few months back, however due to family commitments i wont be able to go to creamfields this year :( Im looking for at least a bit of money back for the ticket, i have spoken to ticket master who have told me i should be reciving the actual ticket about week before the event.
